QuickTurnFlash.com has variety of customization options, which vary by product style and availability. Simply upload your artwork using the form on each product page, select one of the available customization options and add the item to cart.

Engraving

Lead Time: 3 Business Days

Laser engraving or etching is the process of stripping away the surface color to reveal the product's material underneath. In the case of our aluminum flash drives or swivel drives with aluminum clips, the achieved effect is white metallic in color because that is the color of the metal underneath the anodizing. For silicone products, the material underneath, which shows after engraving, is a white rubber. Laser engraving can be very precise with resolutions up to 600dpi.

Cost: $50 for 1 side, $100 for 2 sides.

Pad Printing

Lead Time: 5 Business Days

With the ability to brand various shapes and surfaces, Pad Printing is one of the most common methods of customization. For each artwork file, a pad is tooled and ink is transferred from the pad to the product at resolutions up to 600dpi.

Screen Printing

Lead Time: 7-10 Business Days

Screen Printing is a customization technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas.

Full Color Printing

Lead Time: 3 Business Days

Full color printing is achieved by using a state of the art full color direct printer. Virtually any color combination through standard CMYK 4 color process can be printed including vectored gradients. Please no photographs or web images.
